Grand Theatre Foundation

The Grand Theatre Restoration Foundation was incorporated on November 5, 2004 without share capital under the Ontario Corporations Act. In June 2010, the Board of Directors approved The Grand Theatre Foundation’s revised nature of business to include supporting the presenting program and educational actives of Grand Theatre Presents.
