Pay What You Want (PWYW)
This brand new pilot program is being introduced this season for 2 of our shows: Out/Inner/Space (Nov.2); Rémi Buldoc Jazz Ensemble (March 3). And it's easy to participate. Anyone can attend either of these shows, here's how.
(1) Go the the box office on the day of the show and ask for the PWYW your tickets.
(2) You'll receive an envelope with your tickets in a designated section, a pencil for reviewing the show, and a reviewer's card.
(3) Enjoy the show, then after the show . . .
(4) Complete the enclosed card, and deposit ANY amount into the envelope (cash, credit, cheque).
(5) Seal the envelope and drop it off anonymously at the box office on your way out.

Anyone under 30 can get up to 50% off select tickets to Grand Theatre Presents shows. All you need to do is register with the box office and quote your UserId when you buy tickets online or in person. IMPACT under 30 qualifies for discounted subscription tickets.
Kingston Transit PassPERKS / Any Age
PassPERKS, Kingston Transit's new loyalty program, will provide riders who have monthly photo ID passes opportunities to save at a growing list of local stores and services. PassPERKS discounts will be available to any rider with a Kingston Transit photo ID card, including owners of transpasses, monthly commuter passes, and adult, student, youth and senior monthly passes. All you need to do is show your eligible pass when paying at participating partners to receive the savings. Offers will vary by participating partner.
PassPERKS and IMPACT
SAVE 10% up to 50% off regularly priced tickets for the Grand Theatre's IMPACT performances. Present your monthly photo ID transit pass at the box office to obtain the discount (one ticket per show, per transit pass). Transit pass discounts do NOT qualify for discounted IMPACT subscription purchases. Discounts begin when regular tickets go on sale Monday, August 24th at 12 Noon. eyeGo to the Arts:
For full-time high school students
Secondary school students can now take advantage of the eyeGo to the Arts program: you can get tickets to any Grand Theatre Presents performance for only $5. Some exceptions apply and availability and seating may be limited. Please present your full-time high school student ID at the Grand Theatre Box office to purchase your eyeGo ticket. Municipal Fee Assistance Program (MFAP)
Families who have been approved for My Kingston can now receive reduced-cost tickets to Grand Theatre Presents (GTP) performances. These tickets will be available to all Grand Theatre Presents shows during the GTP season at a cost of $15 each, except for the KidStage productions which will be $8 per ticket. All tickets include CIF, HST and applicable handling fees.
For kids under 12
Children qualify for half price tickets and subscriptions - proof of age may be required when you pick up your tickets, or when you present them to Grand Theatre ushers at a performance.
Newcomer's Access Pass
For new Kingstonians
Newcomers to Kingston are given a City of Kingston Welcome Packet from Immigrant Services Kingston and Area (ISKA). Part of this gift is the opportunity to experience a performance at the Grand Theatre (select performances, if availability allows). What a wonderful opportunity to engage new immigrants with a performance that may remind them of home, or introduce them to a truly Canadian experience. Welcome to Kingston - and enjoy the show!
