Follow the storymobile (a.k.a recording studio on wheels) as it crosses the country to gather the almost-lost tales of Canada's beloved main streets. This multimedia presentation features voices of Canadians recorded in every province and territory, alongside personal anecdotes from this epic family adventure peppered with humour, nostalgia and moments of madness.
Created by Charles Ketchabaw and Lisa Marie DiLiberto, The Tale of a Town is produced by FIXT POINT and has been developed in collaboration with artists from across the country. This Grand OnStage performance will showcase additional stories gathered in downtown Kingston, with a local choir and surprise appearances by local notables.
