Just For Laughs is delighted to be back on the road with some of the funniest comedians around! The 20th edition of the Just For Laughs Road Show will bring four hilarious comics to a town near you for an evening of belly laughs and busted guts.
Hosted by Juno Award winner Zabrina Douglas, the evening will feature Orlando Leyba seen most recently on America’s Got Talent; Juno Award nominated comedian Hisham Kelati and Just For Laughs alumnus Audrey Stewart! Don’t miss some of the best acts from the world’s largest and most prestigious comedy festival when the Just For Laughs Road Show rolls across Ontario this April!
About Zabrina Douglas
Zabrina Douglas, is a nurse and a comedian. Her comedy album Things Black Girls Say: The Album received a Juno Award nomination for Comedy Album of the Year at the Juno Awards of 2023. Douglas, a registered nurse, mom of 5 performs across the country at yukyuks comedy clubs, theatres, corporate and private events. She regularly performs at Kenny Robinson's Nubian Disciples nights for Black Canadian comedians, and was a nominee for the Tim Sims Award in 2008. She broke through to wider success in 2020 as the headliner of Laughter from the Frontlines, a virtual comedy show organized by The Unknown Comedy Club featuring frontline health care workers performing comedy and storytelling about coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. She subsequently organized Things Black Girls Say, a regular show at Toronto's Comedy Bar, and recorded her sets at the April 15 and 16, 2022, shows for release as an album. Zabrina Douglas has performed at the juno awards in Edmonton, the Winnipeg comedy festival and Just for Laughs Montreal, Vancouver and Toronto. She has made appearances on CBC Gem in the new wave of standup, Winnipeg Comedy Festival: Die laughing and Jack Whitehall: The Gala. She has released another comedy album in 2024 called Nurse on Nights that is available for streaming everywhere
About Orlando Leyba
Orlando Leyba is stand-up comedian who connects with all audiences through his unique life experience, and perspective. Orlando has a knack for finding humor in just about anything that crosses his path. With his animated demeanor, Orlando entertains the audiences through his dynamic storytelling and undeniable likeability allowing them to come along for the fun ride of his life experiences. He has been working hard... making his mark on the comedy scene. Most recently Orlando was AGT18, he's had multiple appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. His comedy special, Adorable is streaming on HBO, and he voices a character in the animated kids' film “Luis and The Aliens” on Hulu. He’s appeared on three episodes of TruTV’s LaffTracks, and on TBS's Wreck League. Orlando has become a regular at comedy festivals, and clubs throughout the U.S and Canada.
About Hisham Kelati
Hisham Kelati is a Toronto-based stand-up comic and comedy writer, known for his vivid and engaging storytelling. He's performed on festivals like Just for Laughs Montreal, Just for Laughs Toronto, Winnipeg Comedy Fest, Sled Island, Toronto Sketchfest and CBC's Accent on Toronto. Hisham has also opened for SNL's Chris Redd and WTF Podcast host Marc Maron, was a writer on CBC's hit sketch show TallBoyz, can be heard on CBC The Debaters and can be seen on CTV’s The Stand-Up Show with Jon Dore and CBC's New Wave of Stand-up. In 2019, he was nominated for Best Taped Performance at the Canadian Comedy Awards and won Host of the Year at the Toronto Comedy Awards, and most recently his debut stand-up comedy album 'Tigre King' was nominated for a Juno for Comedy Album of the Year 2022.
About Audrey Stewart
Audrey Stewart is a Los Angeles-based actress and stand-up comedian. She is a regular at the Hollywood Improv and is currently in Development at the World-Famous Comedy Store. She also performs at clubs around the world. In 2023, she was named a New Face at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal, Canada, and performed at the 2024 Netflix Is a Joke Festival in Los Angeles. Additionally, she sold out her headlining show at the New York Comedy Festival this past year. Stewart has appeared on NBC, The Drew Barrymore Show, Netflix Is a Joke Radio, National Lampoon, America's Funniest Home Videos, and Facebook Watch, and has a set with Don’t Tell Comedy. She is also a cast member of the new YouTube prank series from the creator of Punk'd, called Prank U
