"New York Do You Care? Songs for the 21st Century" is an original comedy arrangement of popular contemporary show tunes that is guaranteed to entertain and impress. NYDYC seamlessly incorporates the voice, acting, dance and musical talents of some of the student populations finest! The show aims to embody the feelings of struggle that come with the responsibilities of becoming a young adult and the search for what it takes to get it done. See our characters find love, fall flat, lose themselves (and maybe their temper) and face the world head on! We have hand picked the best contemporary musical theatre has to offer and wrote them all into one hilarious, uplifting and entertaining sequence. We have a little bit of something for everyone, some Matilda, SMASH, Avenue Q and it's even a little, should we say...Wicked! Come out and have a laugh and hear our amazing cast and in house band blow the roof off the Baby Grand Theatre!
