Good: What the Chickpea said to the Cook

Rachmaninoff: Symphony No. 2
What inspires great composers? The Sufi poet Rumi inspired Scott Good's work. A melody that Tchaikovsky heard performed at a market near Kiev inspired the opening theme of his first Piano Concerto. A new-found self-confidence provided inspiration for Rachmaninoff's brilliant Symphony No. 2. This concert guarantees an inspiring start to the season!
