DIRECTED BY SABRINA DESOUSA: In Persephone Township, what at first seems to be a truckload of nuclear waste goes off the road into a swamp on farm of Eldon Currie, a farmer and reeve of Persephone Township. But after a state of emergency is declared and politicians and the press have arrived on the scene, it turns out to be, more or less literally, a load of bull.
